To view fireworks comfortably, advance preparation is required.

Each fireworks display has a specific area for visitors to enter.
Decide where you would like to view the fireworks from before you go.
Fireworks festivals are very crowded.

- Sunscreen
I recommend that you wear a yukata or jinbei to the festival.
